Manager - Digital Marketing - Online Jewellery (3-5 yrs)

- Plan and manage marketing activities including branding, advertising, PR and Digital to drive Sales

- Work on conceptualising and implementing all ATL, BTL, and Digital activities

- Develop annual marketing plan

- Plan and participate in events, exhibitions, conferences

- Analyse and track competition and market trends and provide valuable inputs for product enhancement

- Drive Voice of Customer and Customer Satisfaction

- Cross promotion tie-ups and alliances

- Develop strategies and manage execution of marketing campaigns that will generate traffic, revenue and profitability.

- Develop online go-to market vision and strategy to profitably drive growth through traditional and alternative channels

- Drive key brand marketing strategies for these channels that align with our corporate goals and adhere to the marketing budget.

- Develop and execute consumer acquisition and retention campaigns.

- Provide recommendations and execute new marketing initiatives.

- Develop and execute marketing calendar across channels to optimize revenue and promote brands.

- Manage creation of online marketing content

- Provide analysis for marketing initiatives and make actionable recommendations to drive success

- Identify consumer trends for a best-in-class E-Commerce experience

Other Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of Digital marketing experience in E-Commerce

- Strong knowledge of E-commerce platforms

- Thorough understanding of direct marketing policies related to privacy regulations

- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally

- Ability to make informed decisions quickly to keep performance on track

- Strong project management abilities, capable of prioritising and handing multiple projects simultaneously under tight time restraints and within budget parameters

- Strategic vision and depth in understanding how the online consumer behaves and anticipate future trends

- Well-developed verbal, written and presentation skills
