Position Summary :
- Primary objective is to design and execute the brand communication to educate, engage and enhance our dialogue with the consumer on the digital medium
Role Accountability :
Core (Lead all online sales development activities and digital communication for the brand)
Business Growth :
- Design and execute a digital strategy to leverage brand online properties Website, Social media handles, E-com associations, offline events, property associations and PR activities to increase online brand engagement & product sales.
- Develop & execute innovative digital campaigns to increase the overall reach & loyalty for the brand online elements
- Integrate offline events, associations & PR activations with online campaigns and leverage the same to build audience and traction
- Build affiliate associations & partnerships with other websites & mobile applications to build a user base for the brand /product
- Develop and implement robust Sales development plan to enhance the online customer acquisition & repeat purchase on Bonhomia website & other E-commerce storefronts
- Optimise the company website and integrate features to make it top search choice for the category - Leverage Search tools : SEO, SMO, Google Adwords & Analytics to increase discoverability of the Bonhomia website & increase traction
- Create engaging content to build traction for the brand communication mouthpieces (Website, Social media handles, Email communication & blogs )
- Create a strong CRM program for retaining existing and acquiring additional customers to drive online sales & cross promotions with online / offline channels
- Lead & Develop Mobile & E-mail based solutions to increase the penetration of the concept, brand communication and enhance product sales
- Online media buying strategise, budget and negotiate, execute, build in ROI for the spent
