Digital Marketing Manager for Pharma MNC based at Mumbai - OTC  - This role has primary responsibility for HCP & consumer-led strategic and operational marketing. The purpose will be to ensure business objectives through supporting all consumer, HCP, CRM initiatives & product-led Innovation, each of which would be thoroughly based on market analysis, development of strategies, campaigns, and ensuring ROI.  - The role will also play a key part in building short-to-medium term readiness for scaled-up HCP, direct-to-consumer initiatives, around Digital, Below-the-Line, and In-shop. The role also plays a key lead in all Innovation plans from ideation to market launch, and post-launch progress tracking.   - As a part of CRM, involving all key stakeholders, the role would develop, execute & monitor a 360-degree engagement plan for existing & prospective KOLs, consumers & top trade partners. The role would also help develop marketing & sales excellence programs, in coordination with HR & sales leadership, to build capabilities across field teams & internal marketing teams  Minimum Educational Qualification :  - Graduate degree in Science/ Pharmacy, Masters degree in Business Administration with Marketing Specialization. Additional digital qualification/Microsoft certification will be preferable  Relevant Work Experience :  Minimum years of experience : A total experience of 2+ years in Digital Marketing Function of OTC/FMCG Organization.   Preferred industry experience :  - In-depth understanding of workings of strategic & operational marketing especially around consumer marketing, digital insights, planning to execute all digital & CRM best practices.  - Knowledge of Diabetes market, glucose monitoring devices is an added advantage.  - Demonstrated success in brand/category management. Proven track record in developing and executing marketing plans and strategies that enhance market share and profitability  - Organizational skills & operational rigor to ensure effective execution of plans.  Functional Knowledge Required :   - Digital expertise  - Consumer insight  - DTC promotion  - Knowledge of Medical and Regulatory Affairs   - Knowledge of the latest trends in Marketing   - Basic Financial Management  - Superior communication skills - Oral, written, public-speaking  - Field experience of 1 to 2 years would be preferable  Skills Required :   - Excellent scientific domain, relationship Management & Networking Skills  - Strong Selling & Negotiation Skills  - Consumer-driven mindset, medico-marketing inclination.  - Strong analytical skills, positive attitude
