Scope of the role:

- Managing the brand in the Social Media Space like Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin etc.

- Help in supporting teams directly or indirectly involved in building and maintaining mobile websites and integrating the Company’s existing websites and also look at campaign management through the website.
The profile also would involve using the integrated website to promote Ecommerce.

Job Profile:

Social Media:

1. Creating an image of Organization in all the networking sites which will result in a big fan following

2. Managing the brand conversations and content on social communities like Face book, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs etc. Effectively capitalizing the potential to engage and involve consumers on these platforms.

3. Competitor tracking & using social media for competitive intelligence, both within category and outside

Website and Mobile site Maintenance:

1. Anchor all initiatives related to the maintenance of the website.

2. Coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure timely updates on Product, Store locations, Media Archive and PR content on both the website and mobile site

3. Take decision over optimum spends on SEO and SEM to promote the site.

E-Commerce Support:

1. Manage full fledged integration of Organization's website with Ecommerce enabling to forecast sales through social media

Campaign:

1. Aggressive campaigning through the website and mobile site for launch of any new product or any new advertising campaign.

2. Ideate on bringing contests, games etc to capture a larger audience through social media

Analytics:

1. Weekly detailed analysis of Google Analytics metrics to ensure efficiency

2. Provide relevant data to marketing and product team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in communication and product development

3. Analyze the source and flow of traffic and the most visited pages/products and sale options which will help in designing product and communication strategy

Customer Redressal

1. Live interaction with customers to provide solutions which will help in increasing the fan base and provide a ‘WOW’ experience to the customers

Key Deliverable:

- No. of fans/followers on Social Networking sites and their level of engagement

- Keep the website and ecommerce site updated

- Explore emerging platforms on social media for the brand

- Use Google analytics to understand the trend and keep the brand alive and kicking
