Summary/Purpose of Job :   Responsible for ensuring the end to end Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory compliance of all products and processes happening in factory & stores.  Principal Responsibilities / Key Deliverables :  - Vendor Audits, approvals and vendor performance monitoring & tracking for all raw and packaging materials used in Jubilant Consumer Pvt. Limited.  - Ensuring Food safety & quality compliance of all finished products to be released for sales.  - Facing Customer, FSSAI & third party audits as per schedule & submit CAPA.  - Maintenance of all documentations and processes to comply with FSSC 22000 standards.  - Drive Continuous improvement projects for enhancing the Quality Systems.  - Internal Audits of factory & stores for ensuring the system adherence.  - Point of contact for all Quality, Food Safety & regulatory queries & complaints.  - Ensuring the performance of Pest control service provider.  - FSSAI licensing of all new plant & stores as and when required. Submission of Annual returns & renewals on time.  - Reduction of Cost of Quality  - Reduction of Quality concerns  - Food Safety Trainings & training effectiveness evaluation for all concerned.  - Building and maintenance of Quality Culture across the function & company.  Functional Skills & Competencies :  - Online application & submissions to FSSAI.  - Thorough understanding of QMS & FSMS.  - Hand on experience in implementation of FSSC 22000 or ISO 22000  - RCA & CAPA   - Working with Cross functional team  - Team player  - Ability to learn & adapt  - Self-motivated  - Thorough & sound technical knowledge.  Education : "CFTRI" passed out
