Position - FP&A Sales & Marketing Finance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing Finance:
- Lead all category and brand financial analysis for S&A and S&R SBU- s
- Ensure Brand Financial NS & Profits as well as NPV commitments are delivered per targets by working closely with the brand managers and category heads.
- Lead financial reviews for innovation and represent BU Finance at the gate meetings
- Monthly Gross Margins review to ensure all margin commitments are protected and margin improvement initiatives are delivering
- Lead competitive margin and Profitability bench-marking process
- Own the financial evaluation for promotions (trade and consumer) and work closely with brand and trade marketing teams to ensure that financial commitments on spends are achieved.
Sales Finance :
- Own and lead continuous Regional Sales Profitability Analysis (Depot Profitability)
- Work with Modern trade & Export team to Measure customer and brand profitability to influence determination of trade spend with the accounts. Specific role of controlling Export Pricing
- Work with the Sales on financial delivery for Metro RTM including transition from Smollan to In-house
Operations Finance:
- Engage with Operation on financial analysis for capital projects, manufacturing cost saving / efficiency initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Candidate should be a CA / MBA in Finance with 6-8 Years Of Post Qualification Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing Industry.
- Commercial Sales OR Marketing Finance experience (3-5 years). Previous roles should have enabled the candidate to work on commercial aspects of the business particularly/preferable Marketing and Sales
