Manager Design

- Review and assist in coordinating MEP and Structural drawings with all team members prior to issuing for Landlord/Permit/Bid/Construction.

- Collaborate on and problem solve for complex field issues with all team members.

- Prepare and develop schematic plans and design development plans for new and remodel stores.

- Develop expertise in all design concepts.

- Ensure design standards and concepts are maintained in all architectural details.

- Manage, assist, and develop consultants, including MEP engineers, permit expediters, and architects.

- Prepare design development packages and construction documents conforming to brand standards. Upon project closeout, responsible for preparing as-built packages
