Client Details

Our client is a global FMCG company with a significant presence in the India market also. They are renowned for the innovative product portfolio, and are always at the forefront of introducing new products. They are considered to be an employer of choice in the FMCG Industry, and are currently looking at embarking on an ambitious growth path in the India Market. Currently, they are looking to recruit a Manager (Head) to manage the Demand Planning Function, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Planning, you will be responsible for:

- Collect and analyze demand inputs from different teams, and calculate its impact on the forecast.

- Working closely with different stakeholders to develop and implement a robust demand forecast for the company (across all product lines).

- Collaborating extensively with internal business leaders to ensure that the demand forecast is accurate, and has been accounted for.

- Making recommendations to enhance business processes, thereby identifying opportunities to drive operational efficiency.

Profile

You will be a MBA from a top tier B School with around 4 years of experience in roles across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP. Prior experience of working in the FMCG Industry is a must. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability of liaising extensively with international stakeholders.
