Position : Demand Generation Manager (Leading IT Product Company)
Role :
- Create the vision for the marketing strategy for each products in conjunction with Product Marketing and Product Management
- Set the goals, objectives and success metrics for each product
- Should be expert in data analytics, analysis and growth hacking mindset
- Actively investigate and identify high-potential channels to test and roll out as part of our core marketing channel mix
- Work with Digital Marketing team to co-create strategies and execute the marketing plans for each of the products, focusing on integration, reporting and optimization of all channels
- Work with the Sales team and Conversion Rate Optimization Manager (CRO) to optimize creative, messaging and nurturing to drive high-quality leads
- Develop and manage key performance metric reports that track effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Make recommendations for customer acquisition, involving segmented, tailored activities based on primary research findings and historical customer data
Requirements :
- MA/ MBA with 5-7 yrs of metrics-driven marketing experience, heavily focused on lead generation and client acquisition
- Proven record of driving business results through both vision and execution
- Self-starter and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and command of the English language
- Familiar with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Constant Contact, hubspot etc
