As the Analytics and Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for helping the leadership team tackle key strategic business challanges using data.

The key responsibilities will be as follows :

- Acquire, filter and interpret relevant business data which can help in business decisions.

- Gathering, interpreting and understanding financial/non financial information from the business to provide intuitive and responsive reports.

- Ability to point-out system or process problems, while recommending their best possible solutions.

- Develop analytical reports with clear data representation. Presenting the same to top management for critical business decisions.

- Utilize existing statistical methods to arrive at meaningful and beneficial conclusions for the sales teams.

- Database maintenance by verifying and backing up data at regular intervals.

- Developing clear definition reports from provided data

- Communicate and consult with business directly and be responsible for compiling and presenting final reports.

- Maintain and supervise MIS reports from time to time for top management.

Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience in the area of Business Analytics/Data Analytics/Financial Analytics.

- Should have handled key business processes in the past.

- Growth oriented, should be ready to work in high energy versatile environment.

- Entrepreneurial perspective would be appreciated, should be highly self driven and self motivated.

- Ability to develop, represent, present and communicate data effectively in the form of business reports.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Exposure to and understanding of Data architecture and data mining techniques is an advantage.

CTC - 13 lakhs to 16 lakhs per annum
