Manager - Data Analytics - BFSI (7-13 yrs)

We have a opening with our client in Mumbai.They are basically looking for Mumbai based candidates whose working in Data Analytics.

Job Description :

- 7 to 10 years of professional experience with at least 3-4 years of hands-on coding / programming experience, ETL Architect, Data warehousing, Data Analytics, Data Modeling, BI reporting

- Highly proficient skills in SQL programming.

- Beginner to intermediate level skills in one or more of: QlikView / Tableau

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

- For Analysis & Reporting - MS SQL (SSIS, SSRS)

- Experience with VBA Macros, Python or pearl scripting, VBA+

- Proven ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management within Deloitte and to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment.

Education and Experience :

- Master's degree from a reputed institute in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar quantitative discipline.

- Qualification, knowledge in project management or equivalent ( PMP, PRINCE 2 certified)

- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management, techniques and tools

- Direct work experience in project management capacity.

- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management

- Should come with experience managing the below task from project management standpoint

- Scope - Precisely what are you proposing to do in a project and how are you going to do it.

- Delivery Timelines - What is the schedule and by when do we have to deliver engagement-

- Effort Estimation - how many hours of work-

- Framework of Technology - Which technology is going to be used-

- Cost - What is the budget, spending patterns and source of the funds-

- Quality- How will you ensure that the project will satisfy the stated and implied needs-

- Resource Utilization- How will you make effective use of the people involved in the project-

- Communications - How will you generate, collect, disseminate and store project information-

- Risk - how will you identify, analyses and respond to positive and the negative risks relating to the project
