Our client is one of the leading names in robotics and automation. They're currently looking at expanding their operations in India, as well as globally, and are looking at recruiting a Manager - Customer Success, based out of Head Office in Delhi NCR.
Description
Reporting directly into Director Operations, your key responsibilities include:
- Taking charge of annual maintenance contracts
- Looking after the entire process of customer complaint management
- Leading the process of product repairing/recalling
- Managing teams for customer assistance and service engineering
- Managing revenues around servicing/maintenance
Profile
You must have:
- A B.Tech/B.E. degree from a premier Engineering Institution
- Strong acumen for problem solving
- Relevant work experience (10-15 yrs) in installation-based-devices organizations (Medical Devices, Digitised security solutions, Office Automation/Imaging solutions, Aerospace etc)
- Prior team management experience
