Manager - Customer Analytics
- Managers will contribute to the growth of the practice by providing effective top-tier solutions, maintaining strong internal and external relationships while developing the collective thought leadership of the group. They will possess:
- Combination of advanced education in mathematics, computer science, engineering, business or related area and advanced expertise in a relevant subject matter area, such as strategy and marketing, retail strategy, business analysis in a relevant domain.
- 5 years of relevant work experience ideally in retail or consumer business/ Financial Services Industry
- Strong management consulting, advisory experience and/or advanced industry experience
- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
- Experience managing teams and deliverables, including the coaching of junior staff
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities
- Experienced with financial analysis or modeling, project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, managing client expectations, team leadership
