Job Description :

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Single Point of Contact for all customer queries and responses.

- Building, managing and updating detailed database of all customers including customer contact information

- Drive various customer satisfaction independently and in co-ordination with corporate teams respectively

- Constantly work with O&M, Projects and F&A and Legal departments to maintain customer-focused attitude and solve their multiple queries

- Customer creation in SAP-ERP system

- Record keeping for all customer communication and their legal documents

- Driving timely communication to the customers’ w.r.t. demand letters, reminder letters, collections etc.

Other skills :

- Analytical, Effective listener, Good presentation Skills, Innovative thinker, ability to deal with decision makers of large, medium and small corporate, ability to keep both internal and external customers happy and zeal to continuously work towards excellent customer relations.

- They should have Excellent communication skills.
