Manager - CRM & Email Marketing - Retail/Health & Wellness (3-7 yrs)
- Implement third party tools in setting up CRM strategy for the company.
- Usage of marketing analytics tools for analysing marketing program and coming up with plans to keep retention levels high using messaging channels.
- Customer acquisition via Email, SMS, push notifications and other possible messaging channels.
- Use and manage third party tools available for automation and superior quality messaging.
- To constantly improve RoI from these channels.
- Improve retention rate and increased Revenue from this channel.
- RoI and repeat rate from this channel is as per business requirements.
- Track, maintain and improve RoI from individual campaigns.
- 3+ years- experience in Online marketing.
- Proven excellence in customer acquisition and concepts of all facets of Email Marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications and other modes of reaching customers.
- Experience in retail industry, health and wellness industry is good to have.
- Certifications that show interest in Online marketing is a plus.
- Experience with technical integrations for various ad networks and tracking tools is desired.
- Mail Chimp, icubes and similar tools for managing email marketing, automating messaging based on data analytics.
- Salesforce and similar tools for Customer-Relationship-Management.
Salary offered: 7 - 10 LPA
