Location: Mumbai

Requirement: MBA Finance from Tier 1/2 institute or qualified CA with relevant Credit experience / knowledge

Purpose: Assessment of credit requirements of international corporate customers of the Bank for sanction of working capital limits, term loans, derivatives, revolving credit facilities and secondary market buyouts.

The Key Responsibilities would be: -

- Detailed analysis of background, business model/operating cycle and major business segments of the borrower.

- Identification of key challenges/achievements of the company vis-a-vis its peers in the industry including available capacity utilization and competition.

- Assessment of physical & Financial performance with analysis of profitability, leverage/solvency, liquidity and debt service ratios to judge the repayment capacity of the borrower and guarantor (if any).

- Detailed projections after evaluation of underlying assumptions and sensitivity analysis with respect to movement in input and output prices. Identifying the various risks like counter-party risk, foreign currency exchange risk and market risk and key risk mitigating factors.

- Conducting a complete market and industry research to identify the position of borrower in the industry/market and to know the medium to long term outlook of a particular industry.

- Getting clearance from various groups like risk, legal, compliance on the credit proposal after resolving all the queries raised by these groups.

- Presenting before sanctioning committee and obtaining approval on the credit proposal
