Job Description:

Assessment of credit requirements of international corporate customers of the Bank for sanction of working capital limits, term loans, derivatives, revolving credit facilities and secondary market buyouts.

The activities include:

- Detailed analysis of background, business model/operating cycle and major business segments of the borrower.

- Key challenges/achievements of the company vis-a-vis its peers in the industry including available capacity utilization and competition.

- Physical & Financial performance with analysis of profitability, leverage/solvency, liquidity and debt service ratios to judge the repayment capacity of the borrower and guarantor (if any).

- Detailed projections after evaluation of underlying assumptions and sensitivity analysis with respect to movement in input and output prices. Identifying the various risks like counter-party risk, foreign currency exchange risk and market risk and key risk mitigating factors.

- Conducting a complete market and industry research to identify the position of borrower in the industry/market and to know the medium to long term outlook of a particular industry.

- Getting clearance from various groups like risk, legal, compliance on the credit proposal after resolving all the queries raised by these groups.

- Presenting before sanctioning committee and obtaining approval on the credit proposal
