One of our clients, A leading Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Manager - Credit Card Operations  Basic Job Purpose:  - Credit card maintenance unit manages various credit card operational activities like (and not restricted to) demographic maintenance, credit limit management, card blocking, fee and charge reversals, reward management, duplicate statement and pin generation and card account related maintenance.  - These activities are executed basis instruction from customer / customer service channels  - Manage the team that executes credit card maintenance activities. Being a critical and sensitive process, candidate should ensure adherence to standard operating, management of service delivery to the bank's customers in a timely & accurate manner, identification & timely mitigation of risk and strive for constant process improvements.   - Role requires managing and leading a team of 26.  - Ensure 100% adherence to standard operating procedures and design processes to provide best-in-class client experience.  - Management of daily operational activities without any issues / errors including TAT and accuracy.  - Evaluate team performance e.g. performance appraisals and ongoing feedback.  - Manage training requirements of team members.  - Perform regular quality checks on the team performance and keep the management regularly updated of any developments related to process or team performance.   - Timely identification and reporting of critical business issues to the attention of management  - To review, document and implement various process change initiated and advised by the client.  - Interface with business team and drive projects.  - Identify emerging process risks and ensure that control framework is fully adhered to  - Identify and drive re-engineering opportunities through automation, process change and productivity enhancement.  - Ensure adherence to information security requirements  - Create and sustain process expertise and talent pool.  - Perform a testing of existing controls in the operations unit  Education & Experience:  - CA/MBA with 6-8 years of relevant experience of managing credit card back end instruction processing.   - Team handling.  - Energetic leader who works well across multiple teams.   - Candidate should be able to handle a team size of 26 FTEs.   - Excellent written & spoken English skills.   - Ability to network & willing to reach out & learn.  - Ability to manage stakeholder expectations  Premnath Bojan, Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
