JOB PURPOSE

- Conducting credit appraisal for loan files and documents.

- Grading and Screening the customer profile and documents wrt to policy and norms of the organization.

- Recommendation and Approvals of loan files as per the approval matrix.

- Monitoring of Infant and Early Delinquency of the latest portfolio.

- Regular visits to Dealers, DSA and Valuators in understanding the market and competition.

- Identifying the risk in the portfolio and suggesting for the changes thereon.

- Interpretation of MIS, understanding root cause and recommendation of action plan for future course of action.

- Liaison with other departments for achievement of common goals of the organization.

Quality- Control on the portfolio by ensuring quality appraisal and approvals of files within the prescribed TAT.

Targets- To achieve delinquency targets.

Self-Driven- TAT

- Liaison with Valuation and RCU vendors

Qualifications & Experience:

- Should a Graduate / PG from a recognized Institute. CA Preferred

- Should have overall 4+ yrs of Experience in reputed Bank/NBFC -

- With sound knowledge in finance industry. Local knowledge is must.

- Should have the ability to judge the customer profile and delivers quick TAT with quality decisions.
