We have an urgent opening for a Manager-CPU & LV, with one of leading global MNC.(NBFC Sector).

Summary

CPU & LV Manager is in charge of reviewing accounts for the services provided by the organization, and screening the level of financial risk that potential and existing clients pose to the company. He/ She will supervise a team of 200 to 250 employees from field FE, TL to AM and is usually answerable to top management in the organization.

Job Responsibilities

- Achieve collection target on collection conversion rate, Productivity, Agency Budget

- Process knowledge

- Monitor processes & procedures

- Keep in close touch with outsourcing field agency

- Schedule monthly and yearly collection tasks

- Summarize collection report

- Report to supervisor regularly

- Maintain relationship with Team

- Keep in touch with Finance, Payments, Security, HR, Legal

- Other tasks as assigned

- Deliver SLA & KPI

- To supervise the workload of the team, allocating team members to optimize service provision and administrative support across the agencies.

- He is in charge of ensuring that the CPU AND FLV team complies with the goals, objectives and standards of the organization in order to meet customer satisfaction and deadlines.
