About our Client: Our client is a leading player within the consulting space, with a massive global presence. With a strong foothold of over a century in India, they are looking to add a Manager – Corporate Tax focusing on Financial Services, based out of their Mumbai office.

Job Description: Reporting to a Senior Manager, your key responsibilities would include:

- Working in tax practice with a client base consisting mainly of multinational corporations.

- Managing your own portfolio of clients, including working directly with the clients on meeting various deadlines, responding to various queries, scheduling of junior staff on client projects and managing billings.

- Preparation and review of corporate tax returns.

- Preparation and review of tax provisions required for financial statements.

- Preparation and review of personal income tax and trust returns.

- Research on various tax matters (domestic and international) including interpretation of income tax treaties with various countries.

- Effectively responding to various client queries both by verbal and written communication.

- Preparation and finalization of the Income Tax Returns of Companies.

- Preparation of payroll returns and non-resident withholding tax returns.

- Assisting in tax planning projects and drafting of instruction letters.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a CA with at least 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.

- Hands-on experience in Corporate Tax as well as strong team handling and people management skills is a must.
