Job Description - Opportunity to head Strategy for one of the global leaders in Industrial city expansion space starting its operations in India

Client Details

Our client is one of the leaders in South East Asia in the construction of new industrial cities.

Description

Reporting to the the CEO, India, you will be responsible for the below:

- Devise corporate strategy to understand the areas where the client can create industrial cities

- Liaise with the government, contractors and other people concerned in specific towns to initiate the process (the tendering part of the project, manage the costing, vendors- Project Management)

Profile

You will be an Engineer and MBA from premier B school working with top Management consulting firms in the Real Estate domain. We are also open to hiring people from Real Estate Consultancies. You will be someone who has a strong ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders to get things done and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. High sense of adaptability and ability to work with global team would be a necessary prerequisite.
