The below opportunity is with one of the leading IT firm.  Prefer only Female candidates for this role.  Job Title: Manager - Office of the CEO (Corporate Strategy)   Location : Bangalore  Mode of employment : Permanent, Full time  Team profile: Executes key enterprise wide initiatives, supports and manages CEO's interfacing with internal and external stakeholders  Roles & Responsibilities :   - Conceptualize, design and execute key enterprise wide strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders   - Support CEO with briefing kits for client engagements and other external stakeholders such as industry bodies, corporations and educational institutions/ universities.   - Drive the IT/Systems initiatives for the Corporate Strategy and ensure the successful and timely delivery  - As part of CEO refresh, prepare environment scan, competitor insights and reports on customers and present the same periodically  - Anchor business and operational reviews periodically. Support in preparing the review decks and sharing insights with the CEO prior to the reviews   Work Experience: Minimum experience of 2 Years and maximum of 5 years in a similar role or Business/ Corporate strategy (preferably at any one of the Top Global ITES players)  Capabilities/ Skill sets:  - Excellent interpersonal skills to exercise considerable judgment in building relationships across all levels in the organization. Works collaboratively across functions to create buy-in to achieve deliverables   - Ability to work under limited supervision, work well under high pressure and produce timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment with the good quality and customer satisfaction   - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative. Should have good understanding of data management and collection, modelling and interpretation across complex data sets  - Good understanding of Financial Management   - High Proficiency in MS Office - Excel and PowerPoint   - Strong written and oral communication skills (including presentation skills), with attention to detail   - Work well with ambiguity   - Establish and cultivate a high-performance but enjoyable work culture   - Self-motivated to brainstorm and plan improvement in strategically critical IT systems
