Reporting:	This position will report to the Chairman  Location: Gurgaon (NCR), India  Mandatory Qualification & Experience:  - IIT/NIT Graduate (preferably Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering))  - Full Time MBA from an IIM (A,B,C,L ONLY) (preferably Marketing/Finance)  - 7-10 years in Corporate Strategy, Investment Banking, Research, New Ventures, M&A, Business and Financial Advisory  Key deliverables of the Role:  - Growth Strategy  - Research and study markets globally and identify new avenues for growth including M&A and strategic tie-ups.  - Developing Business Plan and Financial Models for New Ventures (Organic + Inorganic)  - End to end Program & Project Management of New Ventures  - Competitive Benchmarking and Monitoring of Current businesses.  - Analytical support to current businesses and assist them in growth and performance enhancement  - Monitor and pursue selected Corporate Development and Strategic initiatives right through implementation  Additional Responsibilities:	  - Prepare and deliver strategic presentations to Senior Management, Board of Directors and Investors   Critical Competencies:  - Strategic thinking  - Analytical ability  - Strong in Financial Valuation and full understanding of the deal process  - High Result Orientation  - High Process Orientation  - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills  - High Interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively   - Stakeholder Management
