I have started STEPS after working in the industry for 16yrs in HR.. My last Organisation was CSC.. In the past worked with HCL, Nucleus S/w, NPI, DCM, Mitsui.

We partner with our clients to fill their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

At this time we have a position of Manager-Corporate Strategy & Development with a large Indian MNC

Reporting to the Business Head of a very large IT Business

Location - Noida

Job Description :

Role Purpose :

- The Strategy manager facilitates the development of growth strategy and more immediate operational decisions by providing fact based analysis, consumer insights, and practical recommendations to key decision makers across the organization.

- The team will have to collaborate with business leaders to ensure execution of recommended strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities :

Business growth & development :

- Responsible for strategy & business planning, market opportunity assessment, profitability lever analysis and inorganic growth of multiple line of businesses, both volume and value.

- New Business Initiatives: identified and recommended an integrated business model, analyzing market opportunity for new businesses and help business heads with execution.

- Create, develop and drive the Go-to market strategy.

- Conceptualise strategies and implement by liaising with cross-functional teams to create value for the brands

- Identify gaps and Conduct analysis for assigned business problem by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions

- Strategic and financial due diligence for inorganic opportunities

- Bench marking with competitors and Global best practices

- Put together excel models for business scenario analysis

- Deeper analysis of consumer behaviors & trends, by reviewing the internal & external data.

Role specification :

Qualifications : B. Tech & MBA from a premiere institute

Experience : Role incumbent is preffered to have a consulting experience in strategy from management consulting firms such as Mckinsey, Boston Consulting Group, Booz Allen, Bain & Co. etc.

Knowledge : Extensive knowledge about distribution ecosystem & business model
