Manager - Corporate Sales - Insurance Broking (6-10 yrs)
Objectives :
- To develop Broker and Corporate Clients relationships and business in the zone and other functions allotted by the supervisor. To have preferably a Hunters profile (i.e. who has a proven track record of getting business).
Responsibility / KPIs :
Channel Development and Management :
Financials : To achieve budgeted GWP, portfolio mix and budgeted loss ratios
People : To work effectively in a cross functional environment including constructive engagement with corporate office level function heads
Process :
To develop / implement a robust process which would include :
- No. of relationships to be handled including budgeted visit plan each month
- Implement agreed SLAs for sending quotations, answering queries from customers etc.
- Track budget and variance on a monthly basis and escalate to supervisor
Skills & Experience required :
- Private Insurance or reputed Broking Company
- Minimum 6 Years of relevant experience in General Insurance.
- Prior exposure of Team handling is must.
Qualification :
- Post-Graduate, preferably with B School diploma from a good B school OR proven track record of business development with a private insurer
