Manager - Corporate & Legal Affairs - Corporate Advising Firm (4-10 yrs)
- Opportunity for Legal professionals in a Manager Position for a Large Corporate advising various business verticals and corporate functions on legal issues, Compliance Regulatory aspects, handling legal queries.
- Drafting and vetting of contracts
- NDAS, Company Employee Contracts
- Drafting and vetting of pleadings writ petitions, plaints, complaints, written statements, company petitions, appeals, revisions, winding up petitions, statements of claim.
- Drafting Notices, Compliance relating to IPR.
- Experience handling broadcast laws,will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Presentation Skills, Communications skills
