- Strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Exposure to Corporate HR role
Job Role :
- Employer Branding - Campus branding and strategy, Branding through Social Media and Participation in external recognition programs.
- Onboarding - Strengthen the employee on-boarding process. Institutionalize 5 layer onboarding. This will include firm wide induction programs, SL Onboarding, Sectoral Onboarding, etc.
- Recognition Programs - Driving firm wide recognition programs
- Organizational Development - Driving strategic projects
Academic Qualifications : MBA from Tier 1/2
