Job Description  - Preparation and Finalization of Books as per Indian GAAP and US GAAP (Quarterly and Annual): Includes providing guidance to various teams (AP/ Asset Management Team etc) on correct accounting.  - Fund Management including expenses and fund projections, receivable management, periodical Cash Flow Statement.  - Audit Supervision and Support: Coordinating with various auditors and performing Periodical review and discussion on audit progress.  - Ensuring all taxation matters are adequately addressed. Ensure Income Tax, Sales Tax & Transfer Pricing assessment orders are replied with in the due dates.  - Ensuring all returns under IT Act, Co Act, Sales Tax Act etc are completed & submitted in time  - Ensuring Advance Tax, FBT, TDS, Wealth Tax; Service Tax etc. are deposited to the respective authorities within prescribed time. All STPI and RBI requirements are duly complied with.  - Ensuring the maintenance of fixed assets register, accounting, physical verification (including purchase, depreciation, profit or loss on sale of assets etc)  - Finance Policy formulation  Desired Profile:  - Qualified CA with minimum 5-10 years of post Qualification Experience in Indian Accounting / Audit / Taxation/ Country Finance function.  - Good working knowledge of Indian GAAP and US GAAP.  - Should be comfortable in working in UK Shifts.  - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting concepts  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills  - Should have very good MS- Excel skills
