Company Name: A Leading 10 yrs old company providing technology-based employee engagement solution with customer base in excess of 400 worldwide. Having its HO in Mumbai . and Branch operations in Delhi & other metros
Job Location: Noida . Will be posted for 3 months in Mumbai for training and orientation
Position Name : Manager - Corporate Business Development -
Responsibilities :
- Working with Senior & Top management on new client development & business development
Identification, Prospecting and Development of new accounts for SAS based solution for employee engagements
- Project Presentation & Project finalization
- Client servicing for repeat business
- Account development & account management
- Order Booking and collections
DESIRED PROFILE:
Experience: 0-1 years
Salary : 7.2- 11 Lakhs Fixed + variable
Exposure:
- Prior Experience as BD intern or in business development will be an advantage but not compulsory.
Skills :
- Good in MS Word, Power point and Excel
- English Communication

- Sales Aptitude
- Good understanding of Online business
- Understanding of HR process and applications
Education Qualification
Basic : MBA in HR
Professional: Degree / Diploma in Sales/ Marketing / Business Management
Salary: Monthly Fixed + Variable
