Manager - Corporate Audit & Assurance - CA - FMCG

- Integral part of Corporate Audit & Assurance department to support the Group Companies to take care of Risk & Compliance (FMCG, Chemicals, Agriculture, Reality Construction, Food Manufacturing & Retail chain)

Your Role Specifications :

- To carry out Risk Assessment for newly acquired entities

- To validate Risk Mitigation Plans for the existing entities

- To support conducting of Risk Committee meetings

- To implement Compliance Software to newly acquired entities

- To monitor Compliance through Compliance Software

- To ensure that the latest updates in Laws are uploaded in Compliance Software

Qualification :

- Chartered Accountant

- Specialisation in Risk Management & Law will be added advantage

- 3/4 years relevant experience

Skills required :

- Self-motivated & ability to work in teams

- Strong spoken & written communication

- Self-driven, with a high level of energy and ownership to drive the Org. Goals

- Strong Analytical & presentation skills

- Good interpersonal Skills
