Our client a renowned name in Luxury Retail is looking for talent for their Administration Division.  Job Title : Corporate Administration Manager  Job Purpose :  - Organizing and coordinating corporate office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.  - Making Travel arrangements like hoteling, Air tickets, Visa, car bookings for all employees traveling domestic as well as International. Ensure seamless travel arrangement, best of the hotels at   - This role is responsible for providing office management services to the corporate office & travel arrangements for all India employees  I spend :  - 20% of my time in overseeing the maintaining ambiance in the office & services to the staff, Business Heads & CEO.  - 20% of my time in ensuring the travel arrangements are made as desired & handling CEO's travel.  - 20% of my time in implementing cost effective practices and monitoring & controlling travel & administration overall Budget verses Cost.  - 20% of my time in vendor management, relationship building with various consulates for Visa- s, new hotels arrangements across countries like UK, Spain, France, Italy, USA, Japan etc.   - 10% of my time in liaison with admin team as well as other internal & external agencies   - 10% of maintaining office discipline, permissions & MIS   I know I have done a great job if :   - I have delighted my internal customer (Through Customer Feedback Form)  - I have met or exceeded all my KPIs by fulfilling every administrative requisition at corporate office.  - Able to set & maintain safety, security and hygiene environment at office.   The people I need to work with :  Within function :  - Admin Head   - Admin & travel mangers  - Local office Admin  - Admin Dept.   Outside function :  - CEO  - Buyers & Planners  - Operations Heads/Managers  - Business Heads   - Commercial Head  - IT Head & SAP Support  - Marketing manager\PR  - External agencies  What is that I need to do :   - Design and implement Travel related policies & procedures  - Liaise with various Hotel/Guest houses/Visa consulate offices for faster & better services at best cost  - Design and implement administration office policies, Establish standards and procedures.  - New employee on boarding formalities (seating arrangements, visiting cards, Mobile SIM, joining kit etc.)   - Manage Guest & Managements Lunch/Dinners.  - Liaise with local admin & admin to develop relationship for internal permissions for VM activities, shifting, seating arrangement etc.   - To ensure that all office equipment (lights, phones, ACs etc.) are always in working condition  - Plan and implement seating layouts  - Manage costs and overheads against budget  - Co-ordination for internal events (Fun Friday, other office celebrations)  - Liaise with external agencies/vendors and authorities as necessary (permissions/BMC/MTNL/Parties/Events)  Capabilities :   - Effective verbal and listening skills  - Analytical and problem solving skills  - Good domain knowledge (mainly Travel)  - Decision making and good judgment skills  - Strong interpersonal skills  - Strong negotiations & very effective organizational skills   - Good planning and execution skills   - Good communication   Attitudes :   - Ability to juggle - Be the jack of all  - Self-motivated - Don't dream, obsess attitude  - Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity  - Believes in devil lies in detail  - Believes and delivers - Excellence  Experience :   - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Corporate Travel & Admin with ability to drive overall Travel desk & office administrative services - compliances, Permissions, events people management and development.   - Good hands on experience in international travel arrangements & understanding knowledge of human resource management and supervision. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.  Education :  - Any Degree from reputed university,Post graduation in Travel will be added advantage
