One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.  Manager-Proofing & Controls  Basic Job Purpose:  - To drive & implement proofing controls across banking operations.  - Understand the Accounting plan for consumer operations  - Understand the nature of transactions and type of accounts in consumer operations  - Review proofs submitted for each account on FMS as well as e-recon  - Ensure that the internal policy guidelines on accounts are followed  - Set-up new accounts on product launches after getting requisite approvals  - Work with operations team in resolving ageing items  - Work with DBU team for opening GL a/cs post getting necessary aprovals  - Tracking ageing on day to day basis and ensuring resolution   - Ensure Review of manual transactions posted to ensure genuineness and accuracy  - Conduct surprise proofing reviews  - Tracking deferred entries and taking them to closure  - Representing operations in all ARC discussions  - Assessing the impact of process changes on Proofing  - Ensuring escalations to seniors for delays etc if any  Education & Experience:  - CA (1st attempt/2nd attempt) with 4-6 yrs experience in Auditing/Controls/Proofing from BFSI sector.  Interested may send your profiles with current CTC details to: preambojan@gmail.com  Premnath Bojan Datamatics Staffing Services Bangalore.
