A multinational publishing House is looking for :  Job title: Manager - Controls and Assurance   Department Finance   Reports to (title) : Finance and Operations Director   Qualification : CA  Exp : 5/6 years post qualification experience preferably in Risk Management or Assurance wings of quality firm of Chartered Accountants ( one of the Big 4 - first preference).  Location : Noida  PURPOSE OF THE JOB :   To get the Branch to follow efficient and compliant processes which are regularly reviewed for continuously changing business needs.  To create a culture of adherence to processes by a regular process of management checks and audits.  PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS :   - To carry forward the Process Controls Improvement programme under the guidance of the FD.  - To use incidences of process failures to review processes from time to time  - To work on regular opportunities for automation of processes  - To supervise independent checks on processes etc as agreed from time to time.  - To review existing process, identify gaps including cost saving opportunities and drive towards achieving them .  - To ensure compliance as per requirements of IFC's as desired by Companies Act .  - To ensure points identified by Group Internal Audit and Statutory Auditors are closed in the agreed time tables  KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE  - A CA with around 5/6 years post qualification experience preferably in Risk Management or Assurance wings of quality firm of Chartered Accountants ( one of the Big 4 - first preference).  - Strong controls and processes orientation  - Ability to multi-task and handle a fast paced work environment  - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.   - Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.   - High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation  - Periodic travel to the regions is expected.-
