JOB TITLE: Manager -Continuity of Business & Control

Location: Mumbai

BASIC JOB PURPOSE

The Continuity of Business (COB) Coordinator's primary function is to enable business to ensure compliance to clients of Business Policy and Standards.

DIMENSIONS OF THE JOB

Key Responsibilities

- Be a one point contact for all CoB related matters and work with Global/ Regional/ Country CoB teams to drive the annual CoB program

- Ensure compliance with CoB Policy and Program as well as local regulations and provide guidance to business on ongoing basis

- Assist in the independent peer review for the unit's CoB Plans

- Drive the implementation of new initiatives on CoB

- Actively manage crisis events working with business seniors and key stakeholders including the Site Crisis Management Team; keeping in-country and global senior management apprised of the latest status, impact, etc.

- Assist functions in annual CoB attestation

Functional knowledge of Information Security is an additional requirement

1) Ensure compliance to Company COB policy and standards

- Ensuring that all employees are trained on COB policy requirements on ongoing basis

- Tracking BIA; and

- Working towards achieving a satisfactory audit rating

2) Process Improvement

- Tracking COB plans and BIAs

- Reviewing/Streamlining COB plans and ensuring consistency across functions at site

3) Ensure a high standard on compliance & controls

- Ensure all regulatory and corporate guidelines, process changes and control requirement are communicated to the team

- Ensuring that all regulatory, statutory & compliance standards are met

- Focusing on self-assessment of unit's processes

2. INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Representing COB requirements to all functions as a subject matter expert

b. Direct & close coordination with different departments/ functions

c. Ensure training requirements are fully met and explained

d. Timely review of COB plans

e. Satisfactory Internal & External Independent Audits

f. Act as a back-up for Information Security function

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of work experience.
