JD :
Sales Pitches and Presentation : Presenting to end customer through various phases of Business Development.
- Sales support : Owning responses to multi-tower complex RFPs for banking clients in US and UK across retail banking,mortgages (residential and commercial mortgages) and horizontal services.
- Performing client portfolio assessments to evaluate the operational landscape to provide recommendations on outsourcing, right shoring and technology driven transformations for process optimization.
GTM Strategy : Owned strategy creation and execution for the BFSI offerings and market positioning. Formulating,developing, implementing and annual business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through via demand creation.
Collaterals & Content Management : Create marketing and domain offering collaterals and differentiated value propositions.
- New client acquisition through RFI/ RFP and proactive selling
- Client Visit Management activities right from agenda creation to client presentations.
- Account Management of key US geography accounts with focus on upselling domain offerings and cross selling horizontal offerings for effective account penetration
- Strategy and demand creation/fulfillment for Retail Banking domain with responsibilities of meeting revenue targets for the company
- Solution designing, Ideation and end to end bid management activities for RFI/RFP/RFQ, defense proposal presentations
- Business case creation to demonstrate Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction through operational and technology levers.
- Market intelligence related activities such as tracking industry trends / competitor analysis and strategies
