Client: TOP Bank  Position: AM/Mgr Transaction Processing Unit- Consumer Banking Operations  This role involves Management of service delivery to the bank's customers on TAT, identification & mitigates the risk before this becomes an issue and continuously improves the present process.   ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES  - Reviewing Individual’s and Team’s Productivity on daily basis and sharing feedback to the Team members.   - To manage the volume closely to ensure that all requests are completed within TAT.  - Candidate has to ensure that KPI’s are met & transactions are processed by the team without any error, as per the laid down process.  - Adhere to policies, standard framework decided stated by the company to meet client need.  - To ensure that Team is highly engaged in delivering desired results.   - Taking care of Training requirements of team members.  - To review, document and implement various process change advises initiated by the Client.  - Managing and resolving all customer complaints and queries that have been addressed to TPU by Customer Care Unit.  - Perform regular Quality checks for the Team.   - Work with management to plan, provide support, guidance with Disciplinary & Grievances, completing documentation etc..  - Financial/ Budgetary  - Process development / improvements and automation of activities managed by the unit.  - Identification, management and control of the operational risk indicators for centralized liability operations  - Managing larger number of reconciliation of accounts and ensure that all open entries are cleared with in the time permitted for each of the transactions.  - Manage & coaching a Team   - Investigation and analysis of Root Cause of Issues identified through Customer complaints, Concurrent Audit and Reviews  Qualification: MBA or Post Graduate or a Graduate.   For Team Leader – 4-5 Years of relevant experience.  For Associate Manager/ Mgr – 6 - 7 Years of relevant experience.  Current CTC of the Candidate must be between 5-10 L   Location: Chennai  Madhavi  Lead Consultant  Work: +91-40-44446869 Mobile: +91-8297121110 Live Connections
