Manager - Consulting - Oil & Gas

The opening is in a fortune 25 organisation. We are headhunting for senior managerial candidates who have a mix of consulting and downstream/upstream/commercial experience.

The role would involve

- Delivering high-quality projects that challenge the status quo and provide enterprise first recommendations.

- Working on projects for several different Classes of Business in different geographies across the Downstream.

- Contribute strategic, conceptual and analytical skills to projects on location

- Build skill to mastery competence in project leadership

- Understand the sources of value (how we make money) within and across businesses

- Maintain an externally informed perspective on our business opportunities and challenges and how to leverage these opportunities in projects

- Build a commercial mindset to capture opportunities and prioritise activities that deliver value for the enterprise

- Secure client support and buy-in through demonstration of value and quality of project management skills and approach

- Secure commitment of business customer to follow through project recommendations

- Action project recommendations and provide support to implementation team

Oil & Gas experience along with strategy experience in a consulting firm is mandatory.

The job is Bangalore based. Compensation would be highly competitive.
