Location: Mumbai  Role details :  - Client Facing role to deliver on strategy consulting projects.   - Engage with senior level stakeholders & primary ownership of delivering high level of quality.   - Serves as a solutions-based expert, internally and externally, by applying consultative problem solving skills.   - Identifies issues of importance to the clients and works with Leaders to develop tangible and commercial offerings.  - Work willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.   - Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.  - Mentoring and coaching team members on project management framework, client interaction, approaches and methodologies required for various project.  - Managing multiple long-term engagements that require building reporting solutions, maintaining competitive intelligence portals, carrying out market research, performing market assessment etc.  Skills needed :  - Significant experience in running the Project Management Office and providing cross functional support for implementation of business plans and strategies.  - Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to functional area.  - Minimum 7 years experience in the consulting preferable Lifesciences, Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Sectors.  Anjali Mody Randstad India
