Client Details

Our client is a leading global conglomerate with a diversified product portfolio. They are widely regarded as pioneers in their space, and are globally renowned for their initiatives on product innovation and research & development. Over the years, they have established a significant presence in the India Market, and are currently looking at further strengthening their position here. They are looking to recruit a Consulting Leader, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for -

- End to end business development (bringing new clients on board)

- Project management and delivery (including aspects of strategy, resource planning, cost, schedule)

- Managing relationships with senior stakeholders

- Coaching team members, and assisting in their growth and development

Profile

You will be a Post Graduate (MBA Preferred), with 10+ years of experience on the industry + management consulting side. Prior exposure to one or more of the following industries is a must - Heavy Manufacturing, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Transportation, Aerospace, Healthcare/Pharma. You should have the experience of leading and managing projects across operational risk management, process transformation and cost saving (amongst others). The client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively liaise with global stakeholders.
