Manager -"Compliance risk Controls with Testing is mandate  Looking for ONLY CA Candidate no MBA /Graduate will do work please don't send me CV If you are not CA+ banking domain or handling Banking/investment bank projects can apply there.  Experience required:-3-9 Years  Location Bangalore  Level _MANAGER reporting to AVP.  Education: ONLY CA+3 years-9 years (Bangalore)  Only financial service based co./investment bank/client -IB will do work.  - Experience in an "Compliance risk Controls"MANDATE-   Exposure US securities regulation  Compliance risk Controls implemented for the business - Global Banking and Investors Solution- with respect to multiple regulatory guidelines.  Objective of the role is to ensure the effective implementation, performance and discrepancy management of the first level controls and to ensure the business line to comply with all applicable regulatory guidelines.  - Background in Banking, risk management and / or internal audit; Audit, Risk or Compliance professional designation preferred   - Ability to understand and identify key risks and controls that require testing within processes   - Analytical and review skills with the ability to draw the correct conclusions from reviews   - Time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task   - Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business/function   - Suggest and liaise with business line managers and risk managers to discuss and finalize the strategic solution to rectify and mitigate the breaches  - Root cause and action plan analysis  - Submit the periodic second level control review reports in monthly risk managers meeting and discuss with risk managers and Global Lead of Second Level control  - Suggest for the enhancement of control design and performance  - Register the risk incidents in the dedicated systems  - Follow up with respective managers on open items and escalate to COO and OSMs on overdue items  - Train the new team members  - PRA and SOP preparations.  - Reporting of Operational Risk and Loss incidents to the concern unit for prompt actions  - Assist the units to comply with all unit, group and regulatory policies and guidelines and raise the discrepancies  - Assist the unit to comply with all required documents like SOP, SLA, DLA etc and raise the discrepancies  - Discuss with the Unit managers for RCAs, actions plans/suggestions on internal and external observations and monitoring for timely closure  - Good written and verbal communication skills
