Eligibility : Candidates with full time MBA/ PGDM in HR from premier institute with 3-5 years.
Should have experience in handling C&B of any manufacturing or engineering company.
- Candidates should have working exposure of SAP platform.
- Drive the development, implementation & administration of the organization's rewards & benefits policies.
- Monitor the organization's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between controls of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
- Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same space.
- Developing and implementing new benefits packages ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements.
- Prepare budgets for personnel operations, departmental budgets; budget preparation for annual increments
- Ongoing improvements in C&B processes to keep us competitive
- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop Competitive compensation plan.
- Interact with various consultants to benchmark comp & ben practices and understand their impact
- Create & maintain various HR / C&B metrics & dashboards as per requirement.
