Education & Experience Requirements :  - Master's degree in HR.  - Good Understanding of HR concepts   - Good Understanding of Statutory laws  - Practitioner in one of the HR streams including but not limited to Recruitment, Talent Management, Immigration, Performance Management  - Strong inter personal, communication and MS Office skills.  Job Requirements :  - Key POC for all Compensation and Benefits exercises including but not limited to Insurance, Policy maintenance and rollouts  - Manage the design and development of tools to assist Managers in benefits selection, and to guide managers through compensation decisions.  - Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and HR policies.  - Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs, including the integration of benefit programs  - Understand key business functions and how they inter relate to achieve business objectives  - Responsible for implementing special proposals related to Benefits  - Work with Benefits contacts in other Geo.s / Vendors / Suppliers / TM / PCG teams in fulfilling the implementation of life cycle proposals and special proposals.  - Work with the HR systems teams to look at ways in which technology and automation can be leveraged to bring about increased efficiencies in current processes   - Responsible for on time and adhoc reporting of Benefits data  - Liaise with shared services team and Tech Teams and program manage various activities  - Develop SME capability in Benefits
