We are looking for Manager - Compensation & Benefit for a reputed financial company.

HR Representative:

- Handling end-to-end HR activities for more than one Department based out of Corporate Office, Mumbai.

- Meeting the recruitment volume oriented targets by choosing optimum selection logistics; ensuring quality of hire without compromising on speed; instilling values of confidentiality (of applicants), trust and transparency in the process as well as the team around.

- Being part of the interview panel and designing interview tools & psychometric tests for conducting interviews at various levels.

- Implementing Performance Management process for the departments and driving the half-yearly and annual appraisal process.

- Implement the initiatives related to talent management and career planning for the identified talent pool of the departments.

- Drive the employee engagement initiatives for the department

- Representing HR in various departmental meeting and forums and add value by implementing suitable HR interventions.

- Being the sole point of contact for HR related queries for the department

Compensation and Benefits:

- Drive the annual Increment cycle, Promotions, Bonus or any other payouts on timely basis

- Researching and analysing compensation trends across GI industry, increment trends and benefits offered by other employers.

- Ensuring that the compensation philosophy and guidelines are adhered to by all departments.

- Providing well thought inputs in various compensation related policies and decision making.

- Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so.

- Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements.

Special HR Projects Projects to be assigned as per individuals competency:

Some of the projects:

- Driving the Employee Engagement survey for the entire organization; running the communication pack to ensure maximum participation in survey.

- Designing and implementing the Action plan based on the findings of the survey.

- Spear head the Mentorship programme.

- Support in HR recruitment.

- Drive/support other OD projects as per the priorities and the

Balanced scorecard on year to year basis. Some of the key projects for the Core HR Team for the current financial year are as follows:

- Organization restructuring

- Career planning & Succession planning

- Running employee grievance portal

- Reward & Recognition scheme for the entire organization

- Identification of key talents and prioritising their career development

- Organizational Diagnostics

- Best Employer Awards

Educational Qualification : MBA (HR) from 2010 / 2009 / 2008 batch from premium institutes only.

Work Experience : 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
