Manager - Compensation & Benefits (5-8 yrs)
We are currently looking for a Managerial Level position in Compensation & Benfits role based at Delhi/NCR .
Required experience of 5-8 yrs with full time MBA .
Role involves:
- Work with internal HR team to address compensation & benefits-related issues; provide guidance on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, job evaluation and benefit plan design/best practices.
- Participate in and organize data from market compensation and benefits surveys to assist with ongoing competitive analyses and pay program assessment.
- Participate actively on teams to develop, enhance, and to support compensation tools and benefit programs.
- Provide explanation of compensation and benefits programs - salary merit process, bonus plan, long-term incentive plans, and deferred compensation plans - to employees, as needed.
