Position Title : Compensation and Benefit Manager
Mandatory Requirement : Support, consulting, benchmark, planning & perform analysis.
Job Description :
- Drive and design competitive compensation and benefits practices in line with business goals.
- Participate in various salary surveys to obtain external data points and make necessary recommendations
- To liaise closely with industry peer groups and assimilate emerging C&B trends and practices so as to explore potential fit with Continuum's existing and anticipated business / people challenges
- Prepare annual salary increments proposals, promotions and variable pay concept note and guidelines in line with compensation philosophy defined for the year and ensure effective communication on the same.
- Design, evaluate and modify benefits/ reward policies to ensure that policies are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirement and educate employees
- Perform other task related to Comp and Ben, support, consulting, benchmark, planning & perform analysis
- Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan.
- Conceptualize, design and implement attractive compensation strategy and rewards and benefits policy to retain top talent and enhance employer branding
- Mediate between benefits providers and employees, such as by assisting in handling employees' benefits-related questions or taking suggestions.
- Design Incentive programs aligned to drive required business behavior.
- Create and manage the budget for assessments to optimize wage costs

Educational Qualification:
- Should preferably be an MBA
Experience :
- 8-10 years of related experience required
