Manager - Company Secretary & Compliance - BFSI

- Manage processes that ensure complies with all applicable laws and regulations, to detect and prevent violations, so as to protect the company from punitive actions and to protect the interests of the Board of Directors and Shareholders of the company .

- Ensure timely compliance of all applicable laws, rules and regulations, both in letter and in spirit in order to comply with the laws of the land.

- Conduct meetings with shareholders to seek there approval on different issues.

- Liaison with different agencies

- Government etc to comply with the laws and to protect the interest of the company.

- Ensure all contracts are drafted taking into account the Company's interest and avoid any future litigation.
