Job Description:  Role Description:  - Capability and interest in planning, organising and executing all aspects of communication initiatives and events.  - Ability to work closely with a manager based in a different country.  - Experience in effectively leading a team of people to achieve desired outcomes.  - Capable of understanding various stakeholder requirements and delivering results that balance expectations.  Measures:  - Quality and effectiveness of communication activities (via stakeholder feedback)   - Compliance with and alignment to global communication and brand standards  - Timely and efficient execution of communication events and initiatives  Key Skills:  - Communications, Marketing or Business degree or related tertiary qualification.  - Proven experience in the development and implementation of internal and / or corporate communication activities, preferably in a global services / technology organisation.  - Excellent grammar and writing skills with experience in producing executive communications for senior leadership.  - Ability to capture, collate and distil information into clear and concise summaries, identifying key points and presenting the information in a way that engages and informs the audience.  - Awareness of various communication methods and channels and the ability to effectively utilise them.  - Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills.  - The confidence to engage with and advise senior level leaders and the ability to connect with all levels of stakeholders.  - Ability to effectively disseminate information and handle complex or sensitive matters when required.
