Job Description :

General Accountabilities/Job Responsibilities :

Develop and implement engaging content based on the campaign briefs which should take into account:

- Positioning - always ensure the output is in line with the defined positioning for a campaign

- Consistency - ensure that the content developed for a campaign is consistent across all elements

- Ease of understanding - the content to convey the message quickly and accurately with minimum possible words.

- Grammar and sentence construction

Creativity :

- Clear and unambiguous promo related communication to the targeted players through various mediums - emails, GMS, website, and Facebook- in line with the agreed philosophy and the objective of each promotion.

- Timely and streamlined communication to all internal stakeholders.

Communications Optimization :

- Work on curating player journey on each & every communication medium. Identifying areas where different types of communication (offline/online) can impact player behavior.

- Study the player journey across all channels (App, MRC, Desktop) & identify areas of improvement in communication

- Come up with initiatives to increase effectiveness of current communication & measure impact by looking at key retention metrics in collaboration with the marketing team. Measure and report performance of all relevant campaigns with respect to content, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Develop content metrics for all major campaigns & ongoing promotions to gauge effectiveness of content across all channels.

- Review existing content and put together a content management process to ensure regular updates/changes in a smooth manner.

- Build an ongoing activity calendar for regular content dissemination.

- Seek opportunities in close collaboration with the marketing team to establish & build the RummyCircle brand. This could include planning on various content based initiatives to gauge regular feedback from the players & gauge end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points 8. Use all the internal and external content hooks (e.g. Testimonials, emerging trends etc.) to create, curate and distribute valuable and engaging content that reinforces the RummyCircle Brand amongst our target audience

Job Specifications :

- 2-4 yrs of relevant experience in content marketing

- Ability to write engaging online content.

- Strong understanding of consumer behavior particularly in the digital/online space.

- Confident communication skills and excellent English, especially written.

- Experience in working on content management systems (CMS) would be a plus.

- Quick learner and ability to multitask & perform under tight deadlines with minimum supervision

- Proven track record of executing out of the box campaigns

Salary offered: 6 - 14 LPA
