Role :

Company deals in school assessment . Company is seeking an experienced communications manager to lead and scale our internal employee-centric and external customer-centric communications function. Communications managers communicate with the media and other interested parties to announce new products and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company. They correspond with employees and external stakeholders to keep them informed of company developments.

As an external communicator, you are aware of the major media trends. You are aware of the avenues of external communication which would help in reaching out to talent pools across the globe and good institutions. You work with the leadership to ensure leadership is consistent across media channels and can handle crisis, if it may occur.

As an internal communication manager, you possess incredible emotional intelligence and clarity driven by intuition. You anticipate the needs of others and work tirelessly to create an environment of open, consistent and honest communications, always ensuring that company values are communicated and instilled in the process and ensure that ensure that our approach to communication is consistent.

You are an excellent writer, visual communicator and project manager. You have good sense of humor.

Goals :

- Build and execute on highly innovative, internal communications strategies and messages that engage company employees across the country, with employees operating from remote locations

- Reach the major external communication avenues work towards building a brand which highlights the company culture and vision, as to why organisation is an excited place to be with

- Help build and drive a local office branding campaign to provide insight into each of the local offices

- Create content (email, presentations, video, print) that supports regional communication initiatives, Manage large scale presentations (team meetings to Investor meetings)

- Partner with teams and executives to create thoughtful written and visual communications. Track all internal communications efforts to measure success and refine approach accordingly

- Partner with leadership to create comprehensive communication plans that are clear, culturally relevant and support all initiatives and the department goal to create a most-loved workplace where employees live our core values and meaningfully contribute to deliver on our outcomes.
